Processing Time: Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
Shipping Times: As Port El Go sources products from international suppliers, delivery times may vary:
- Norway & Scandinavia: 7–15 business days
- Rest of Europe: 10–20 business days
- International: 14–30 business days
Please note that these are estimates and may be affected by customs clearance, carrier delays, or peak seasons.
Shipping Costs: Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size.
Tracking: Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. Please allow 2–5 business days for tracking information to update.
Customs & Duties: International orders may be subject to customs fees, import duties, or taxes imposed by your country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the order total.
Lost or Delayed Packages: If your package has not arrived within the estimated timeframe, please contact us at orders@portelgo.com. We will do our best to resolve the issue promptly.
